Do You Ship Worldwide?
Yes, we ship to nearly every country in the world including Europe and The United States, as supported by our currencies and locations on check out.
Where Do You Ship From?
The majority of our products are shipped from our main warehouse in the United States of America, with others shipped from our secondary warehouse within Asia - Hong Kong.
What If I Don't Receive My Order?
All of our products are sent by our logistics partner which provides us with tracking codes and logistics data for every order, this means we can verify where a package has gone. If your package has not been received however, you're eligible for a full refund within 30 days.
What Payment Methods Do You Support?
We accept all major Credit and Debit Cards including Paypal thanks to our system by our trusted chosen provider powered by Shopify and Stripe.
When Will My Order Be Processed?
We process all orders in a queue based system and they will be shipped as stated on the checkout page, dependent on the shipping. We process priority orders first, meaning those paid for with priority shipping on checkout.
I Ordered Two Different Products, Where is the Other?
To get our orders quicker to the customers, we usually send stock in separate packages, this is also due to some of our stock being in our different warehouses, so if you ordered two completely different products, they will be sent separately sometimes, however bulk orders or orders of the same product or type will usually be sent together, but rest assured, if you order has tracking, you can check the location of all of your orders and it will be with you soon.
Do Zoua Products Really Work?
Of course! Zoua products use the best quality materials and are researched and tested with our volunteers to assure the best user experience that is satisfactory and comfortable.
Who Can Use Zoua Products?
Zoua products can be used by anyone, but the Zoua belt and any heat products are not suitable to be used by anyone who is pregnant, has existing underlying medical issues, uses a pacemaker or has other types of medical implants or ailments, it would be advised to refrain from using it or any of our other products and consult your doctor first before considering going against this advice and disclaimer
How Do I Use the Zoua Belt?
You simply charge the belt with any compatible power bank and enjoy the multiple heat modes and massage feature.
Does the Zoua Belt Hurt?
No! Make sure you have fastened the belt to the appropriate tightness, it is completely adjustable and be sure to use the setting that is the most comfortable for you! There are multiple heat modes, make sure to select the mode that is not too warm for you and do not sleep with the belt on.
Where Can I Take Zoua?
The Zoua Belt is completely portable, meaning so you can take it anywhere with you. You optionally choose to use it when working or wear it under your clothes too. We recommend you don't use it while you are driving, when you are exposed to water such as when bathing or in wet and humid environments or when it could be a distraction.
The Zoua Portable Blender can be taken anywhere after being charged. You can also replace the bottom charging lid with a normal lid (that comes with our product) so you can take it around as a normal bottle after blending.
What if Zoua Doesn't Work For Me?

Does Zoua Come With a Battery?
As stated on our product page, we do not include batteries with our products due to international logistics shipping laws and for safety reasons, Zoua supports the use of a standard USB power bank and includes a guide with the product to see the correct connectors it supports.
